Intermediate

Children in this class can be 4+ years old, and swim 20+ feet by themselves. They are comfortable floating on their back and diving to the bottom of shallow water. They may enter this class without knowing any of their strokes, but will catch on quickly when at this level entering the class. They many also enter this class already knowing the freestyle or breaststroke, but needing coordination, side-breathing and endurance work.
