Comfortable / Youth

Children in this class are 6+ years old and can put their face in the water and swim in deeper (where they cannot touch) water, but only for a short distance. They are unafraid to step off the stairs by themselves and swim 5-10 ft. They may be convinced that they cannot swim in the deep end.

Emphasis: bubbles, strokes, confidence in the water, back and front floating, safety measures.
